About me
Blessed in life with 2 vivacious children and my husband of nearly 25 years, I have been a resident of Fredericksburg, VA since 2005. I began my teaching career 12 years ago after earning my Master's in Education degree from UMW and an endorsement in Secondary English, exclusively teaching high school English @ MHS. Education drives my life and is built on a foundation of relationships, passionate energy, and remaining a student for life. This 2025-26 school year marks my first year as an Instructional Innovation Specialist, a role that has truly reinvigorated my professional pursuits like nothing before. I have found my place, my fit, and my calling. Let's do this!
