Isaac Márquez is an educational consultant with Seidlitz Education, where he works with schools and districts across the country to support language development and content learning for all students, including emergent bilinguals. With a background in bilingual education and instructional coaching, he specializes in practical, classroom-ready strategies that promote academic vocabulary, structured student talk, and meaningful engagement.

Isaac leads highly interactive professional learning experiences focused on strategies such as QSSSA, the 7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom, and Talk, Read, Talk, Write. His sessions are designed to model effective instruction while giving educators tools they can implement immediately.

Before his current role, Isaac spent over a decade in education as a bilingual teacher and instructional specialist, supporting both students and teachers in diverse classroom settings.
